Throughout the entirety of my existence, the invisible “tell me everything” sign plastered to my forehead has brought me the most surprising, heartfelt, raw stories from strangers. I’ve come to acknowledge that this gift of receiving is not only a calling, but a personal awakening to the importance of community as a whole.

We all have so many stories to tell,
and we all have the capacity to heal through our stories collectively.

My background in social work, interwoven with my personal beliefs in community, spirituality, and wellness assists others in gaining the skills and support towards breaking cycles, committing to the process of healing, and gaining a deeper connection to themselves and those around them.
